Do you ship worldwide?

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes cannot be made. However, you may return the order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped the day after processing.
Note: Orders placed during holidays or sale periods may require additional processing time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and international shipping, delivery times are estimated between 2–4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us to initiate the process.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All prices on our website are tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient.
Wavetta is not responsible for customs delays. For specific information, please contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?
Please email support@wavetta.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If your order is defective, incorrect, or damaged, contact us immediately at info@wavetta.co. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return or cancellation is confirmed. Processing times may vary by bank, so please contact your card issuer for updates.
